The fit
It is designed for brands that need dependable monthly execution while keeping meaningful decisions in-house.
Your usable lifecycle foundation is already in place.
Results exist, but execution is inconsistent or difficult to sustain.
You need planning and production—not a complete channel takeover.
You keep offer truth and approvals; YEP carries the production rhythm.
Pipeline Install comes first. Management cannot operate a lifecycle foundation that does not exist.
What you get
Enough structure to keep the work moving without paying for full-channel ownership.
Promotions, launches, offers, and business priorities translated into one production queue.
A direct place for approvals, questions, priorities, and monthly planning.
Email, SMS, push, and pop ups allocated where the month needs them.
Light-to-standard reporting that keeps the next move tied to account reality.
Light flow support, testing, prioritized improvements, and up to 3 revision rounds inside the normal approval band.
The unit model
For Lite Management, one finished asset equals one unit. The mix follows the work that matters—not a preset channel quota.
One finished email = one unit.
One finished SMS = one unit.
One finished push notification = one unit.
One finished pop up = one unit.
Type an amount for each channel. All four fields share one six-unit limit.
0 of 6 units allocated: no units selected. 6 remaining.
Illustrative only. This does not reserve production, submit a plan, or change package scope.
Unused production units roll forward as production credits. They do not become invoice reductions, cash credits, or refunds.
The full monthly package fee remains due regardless of monthly unit utilization.
There is no minimum commitment or lock-in by default. We recommend at least 90 days to evaluate consistency and trends.
The operating rhythm
Clarify promotions, products, offers, priorities, and available source material.
Build the monthly content calendar and allocate the agreed production units.
Create the approved email, SMS, push, or pop-up work inside the monthly band.
Read the weekly signal, close the cycle, and set the next priority stack.
Then we do it again—without letting retention slide back onto the back burner.
Keep retention off the back burner
Lite Management keeps your team in the decisions while YEP owns the calendar and production rhythm.
